COAT, DENIM MINI SKIRT & KNITTED BEANIE: Japan | LEOPARD TOP & FRINGED BAG: F21 | BELT: Thrifted | WATCH, GLOVES & SUNNIES: ALDO | SHOES: Sam Eledman ZOE | NECKLACE: H&M
Today's style is inspired by the ladies on the streets of Tokyo who never miss a chance to impress with their style. With that being said, I am also from Tokyo and today's look definitely represents where I come from.
One of my personal favorite looks is something styled with a denim mini skirt. I've seen so many people are wearing jean shorts but have never seen them in a jean "skirt". I really wonder why.... I especially love layering some cute stockings with a denim skirt! Maybe it's just me, but I feel I always look more charming whenever I wear a mini, just like this outfit. Originally this denim skirt was a long length, which I really didn't like, so I cut some inches off to shorten it and now I can rock it much better. A nice job, if I do say so myself! lol What do ya think?
But this outfit isn't only about the skirt. I totally love the leopard top, too! It's just super cute, isn't it? It can go with anything! You can never get enough of leopard prints, right? Also, I am totally in love with these ZOE heels by Sam Edelman; they look amazing at any angle!!! I always get a lot of compliments every time I wear these babies <3 Plus, these fabulous ZOEs somehow make my legs look sleeker and longer!!!! You can buy yours here and here!
I added the pop of color with gloves and a bag to make the outfit more fun and appealing. You might have already noticed that I frequently love playing around with textures, so this time I mixed the leather gloves (Similar ones here) and the fringed bag. I also was quite happy with how the gold accessories complemented so well with my look without drawing away attention!

If you have a mini that you haven't worn for a while, maybe it's time to show if off again with some colored tights or some printed leggings!

HEAD BAND: American Apparel | TOP, CHAINED NECKLACE, SQUARE BRACELET: Forever 21 | BROWN LEATHER SKIRT: Abercrombie & Fittch | DOTTED SOCKS: ASOS | NEON PINK WEDGES: UrbanOG | WATCH: Gifted | EARRINGS, BRACELETS: Charlotte Russe | BAG: IORI (Japanese Brand) | SUNNIES: Free People
Since I've been wearing pants and shorts quite a lot lately, I was in a strong mood for wearing a skit. So I pull my favorite leather skirt off from the closet because I am aware that LEATHER pieces are in vogue this season!! As well as the feeling of wearing the skirt, I wanted to make a girly look, so I put on the dotted socks and the neon pink wedges to style up the look, adding an extra girly taste with the burgundy head band.
However, I really love how the outfit doesn't look TOO girly because of the silver chained necklace and the black inverted triangle earrings. When you are in a girly mood, How do you dress up? :D
Let me speak of the wedges a bit. Ever since I've worn those lovely pair of shoes, I've got tons of compliments just as I was walking and have asked where I got them from. I bought them at UrbanOG and they have really affordable and stylish fashion items. I just checked if the wedges are still available and guess what? They ARE!!! and even discounted which is only $15!!!! Unfortunately they have only 6.5 in pink and 6 & 6.5 in lime/yellow... :( BUT!!! if you can fit in those sizes, don't miss this out because I know you will like them as much as I do!!!!!
