It's new year! Time to do something new! If you follow my Instagram longer enough, you know that I've been sharing my daily outfits on there whenever I can (Not having a boyfriend or husband is such a huge headache when it comes to take daily outfit pictures!!) I wore this super casual look for a Japanese nabe (hotpot) party with my Japanese friends. It was already dark outside so snapped this look at a grocery store! Kind of surprised that it came out well and stylish, which ended up that Nasty Gal shared this look on all their social media! Totally #MadyMyDay moment! :)

One of my fave brands to shop is definitely TOPSHOP, where I got this pink coat a few years back! It's old, but I will never consider to say good bye to this amazing and cozy one! Plus, the color is so eye-catchy! Winer whites are always on point, too!!

Hi LOVEs!!!!
Did you remember I posted an outfit wearing a gingham print dress last week? I mentioned that it was actually a skirt, and here is the look that I am wearing it as-is.
Compared to the look as a dress, this is more elegant and mature, which is my initial plan because I wanted to show you how you can rock the trend print and also how you can wear a midi skirt in two ways with completely different vibes!

I am so glad to finally get my hands on this cute off-shoulder white crop top and add it to my closet! I don't have many high-waisted bottoms that go with crop tops, but I am really getting into them this year, and this one has everything! Thanks to the color, it can go with any look without trouble, plus it showing of the shoulder and back part gives a nice feminine touch instantly. Also, it still has sleeves! (you know why!) I really like how the delicate jewelry like this custom handmade name necklace from Fashionista Problems compliments the collarbone area with the crop top. ASOS has a great selection of this type of cropped top (called Bardot Top) and I will guarantee that you will love it as much as I do if you get one!
I styled the look with a pair of my new floral print heeled sandals to add some colors on my feet. To me, gingham print really reminds me of picnic because my mom always brought gingham checked table cloth when we went to picnic. So that kind of made me decide to go for a mini woven bag!
